March in the Naíonra!
A month full of celebration for all as we made lovely gifts for Mothers’ Day.
Then we were all surprised by the snow which left a beautiful white blanket in the garden!.
As St Patrick’s Day approached we celebrated “Seachtain na Gaeilge” for at least a fortnight! We were delighted to welcome Niamh, Peadar and Philip who came in to play some wonderful music for us. The children were so impressed not alone with the music, but to see the wonderful instruments - the harp, the concertina and the bosca cheoil! Míle buíochas leis an triúr iontach ceolmhar!
And the early arrival of Easter had us busy with painting eggs, chickens, bunnies not to mention dancing and singing. The Naíonra was looking so lovely!
