At Naíonra Naithí we use “Tumoideachas” - immersion in Gaeilge, an Emergent and Inquiry based Curriculum, through the medium of play, Montessori, art, music and nature.

Using concrete experience, we support the holistic development of each individual child by encouraging their curiosity, drawing on their strengths and identifying their needs. Through immersion in Gaeilge, the children will absorb the language and develop and love and understanding of the language.

  We believe our curriculum promotes happy, confident, curious learners who are aware of the world around them. They will grow with a love of nature, love for themselves and empathy and understanding for each other and the community.

  To support our curriculum we work as a team, communicating, planning, observing and reflecting on all elements. We work actively with the children to ensure they are happy and safe, while learning through play.

  We believe that the children are experiencing a very special time in their lives whilst in the Naíonra. We are building the foundations for the future.
